SUPERSHINE & SPONGELUX

SUPERSHINE PLUS , with semi-rigid support, is recommended with the use of “mono brush machines” to re-polish perfectly and in a short time also very old and worn out floors, getting results comparable to those obtained with the professional Floor Care Machines. They leave a mirror and glide polished surface without “the orange peel effect” which generally leave the competitors diamond abrasive discs on soft support.

They remove deep scratches and restore also acid, wine, coca cola or other products stained -floors.

SUPERSHINE SOFT with soft support like “floor pads” is designed for more ordinary use, for glossy recovery and maintenance in large areas with auto-scrubber. Used with normal mono brushes, they can polish also old and worn floors, ensuring an optimal result, not comparable to SUPERSHINE PLUS but higher than similar products which are on the market because they contain more “diamond”. SUPERSHINE SOFT can be used WET or DRY SYSTEM!

SUPERSHINE SOFT diamond pads can be used on most common floor surfaces such as terrazzo, ceramic tiles, linoleum, vinyl/plastic, natural stone. Transforms a dull, worn floors into clean, glossy and brightly polished floors. 

SUPERSHINE PLUS and SUPERSHINE SOFT are available in several grains 00, 0, 1, 2 and 3. Generally used grains are 1, 2 and 3 followed by SPONGELUX. If deep or very deep scratches need to be removed it is suggested to start from 0 or 00.

“SuperShine & SpongeLux” are easy to use!
They are available in the same standard sizes of the Floor Discs normally sold all over the world. They can be applied on any type of floor care machines and auto-scrubbers. Using “Supershine& Spongelux” regularly, instead of the traditional Floor Pads, it allows to restore and maintain the floor shiny forever without changing your normal cleaning routine. The combination of Supershine1, Supershine2 and Supershine3 will allow you to remove scratches. Spongelux, thanks to its magic formula, cleans and polishes marble, concrete, terrazzo ecc.. giving it a mirror effect quickly! Regularly used, your floor will remain clean and shiny.

With Supershine and Baby you can conveniently polish staircases and landings.
With Supershine and Vertika you can rapidly polish walls, counters and top.

Marble and Terrazzo: polishing with SUPERSHINE PLUS on single discs floor care machine.

• Start grinding the floor with SUPERSHINE PLUS grit 1 or 2 according to the condition of the floor, then proceed with SUPERSHINE PLUS grit 3. It is always suggested to work with little quantity of water for about 60 sec/mq.
• Polish with SPONGELUX working with little quantity of water.

Marble and Terrazzo: polishing with SUPERSHINE SOFT on automatic Scrubber Dryer.

• Start scrubbing the floor with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 1 or 2 according to the condition of the floors then proceed with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 3 and 4.
Maintenance: use SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 4 with neutral cleaner or Stone SOAP as daily maintenance to keep the floor always glossy.

Linoleum, PVC, Vinyl: floor restoration with high speed single disc machines.

• High speed polishing machine like FUTURA is recommended.
• Start scrubbing the floor with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 1 or 2 according to the condition of the floor then proceed with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 3 a. It is always suggested to work with little quantity of water at the medium speed of 200 rpm for about 60 sec/mq
• Polish with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 4 working with little quantity of water at the higher speed of 400 rpm.
Maintenance: buff the floor with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 4 dry system by High speed buffing machine like Tornado. In alternative it can be used FUTURA at speed of 400 rpm.

Old wood coating: floor restoration with high speed single disc machines.

• High speed polishing machine like FUTURA is recommended.
• Start scrubbing the floor with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 1 or 2 according the condition of the floor then proceed with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 3 and 4. Work dry at medium speed of 200 rpm until old marks and imperfection disappear.
• Polish with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 4 working at high speed

Maintenance: buff the floor with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 4 dry system by high speed machine.

Old resin and epoxy coated: floor restoration.

• High speed polishing machine like FUTURA is recommended.
• Start scrubbing the floor with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 0 or 1 according to the condition of the floor then proceed with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 2 and 3. It is always suggested to work with little quantity of water at the medium speed of 200 rpm for about 60 sec/mq.
• Polish with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 4 working with little quantity of water at the higher speed of 400 rpm.
Maintenance: buff the floor with SUPERSHINE SOFT grit 4 dry system by High speed buffing machine like Tornado. In alternative it can be used FUTURA at speed of 400 rpm.
