Standard Process for terrazzo floors: 1) Start by grinding the floor with MTS1 and keep on working until the floor is perfectly levelled. In case of very uneven or big irregularities we suggest to start grinding with MTS0. 2) Proceed with MTS2 to eliminate the scratch marks created with the MS1. Don’t forget to use the AKTIVATOR before and during this grinding cut. 3) Proceed with CK3. As an alternative it could be used PAVELUX M3. 4) Next, use CK4. To increase the hardness, the abrasion resistance and the final gloss, we suggest to apply the BETON HARDENER before the next step. 5) Next, CK5 will follow. Usually at this step the floor is ready for polishing with powder. However, for coloured terrazzo, such as black, green, etc. you will require further steps with CK6 and CK7. 6) Finish the job by polishing with POLISH PALLADIANA, or with the most appropriate polishing powder. (See page POLISH POWDER). 7) Wash with STONE SOAP to protect and improve the gloss.
