Standard Process for Grinding and Polishing Granite Floors: 1) Start by grinding the floor with GS1 and keep working until the floor is perfectly levelled. 2) Proceed with GS2 to eliminate the scratch marks created with the GS1. Don’t forget to use the AKTIVATOR1 before and during this grinding cut. 3) Proceed with GS3. After the GS3 the floor must be smooth and without scratches. Use the extra weight with the diamond discs GS. 4) Next, use Pavelux G4 and G5, until all the micro-porosity of the Granite are closed and the surface is perfectly smooth. 5) Next, grind with resin diamonds GK5. 6) Proceed with resin bond GK6 and GK7. Usually, at this step the floor is ready for polishing with powder. 7) However, coloured GRANITE, such as black, green, etc. will require further steps with GK8 and GK9. 8) Finish the job by polishing with POLISH Kg or Kg CLEAR. We suggest to use the KDT TERMIC DISC for polishing with powder. 9)To protect and improve the gloss and colour of the granite use KRISTAL BLU.
